Description of idea

Describe your idea and concept of your work in relation to the festival outlines:

based in reading and observing current trends in social behavior as imposed by social media the Foucualtian idea of the entrepreneur of the self and the current analysis by M. Lazzarato caused me to think a way to create a public mural in order to record these changes and put them on display to ordinary people

What kind of communication approach do you use?

I combine image with textual elements in the form of large scale mural in the public sphere

What are in your opinion concrete benefits to the society because of your communication?

this work is located in the west bank of Athens
the districts in that part of the city are resided by low and low mid classes
my goal is to motivate and cause especially younger individuals to get familiar with ideas that critisize the imposed status of life and more than that reinforce the political aspect of confronting the hegemonical methodology and propaganda which is very intense to these social ranks

What did you personally learn from creating your submitted work?

I came across with M Lazzarato's critical theory and those of M Foucault
In addition to these I more and more realise how the cultural hegemony uses various tools to spread and sovereign

Why is your work, GOOD communication WORK?

It is good because it is located in one hand in the public sphere at a very busy area and on the other hand published in my social media pages
It is coherent intense and I use the size to invade the commercial methodology of street art in order to play a counterpart role

Where and how do you intent do implement your work?

This type of work is a priori implemented and its effects initiate from the very moment is introduced to the public view either this involves internet or real life

Did your intervention had an effect on other Media. If yes, describe the effect? (Has other media reported on it- how? Were you able to change other media with your work- how?)

Yes it has since mass media reported it and most surprusingly mainstream social media publishing street art.
This has assisted the work and the statement accompanying it to reach more audience
